How to buy?

You can purchase the product (s) you want from our physical stores or from our online store.

In online purchases, the customer must register on our site, add the products to the shopping cart and finalize the order.

The products will be sent by registered mail by CTT or another carrier to the indicated address after confirmation of payment.

Shipping costs will depend on weight, size and shipping type.

The forecast for delivery of products in stock is 2 business days to Continental Portugal, after confirmation of payment. For products to order, the delivery time may exceed 15 working days.


Returns

According to the terms and conditions:

Contract Resolution

30. The Client has, under the terms of the law, the right of contractual resolution. If you wish to exchange or return articles, you can go to any Movenergy store or send us an email to orders@movenergy.pt to request the same, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. All information about the exchange or return process will be provided. The sending of articles without previous contact will not be received.

31. The articles will have to be returned within 14 days after the notification of the decision to terminate the contract and accompanied by the original invoice and its packaging in excellent condition. The costs of exchanging or returning the products will be borne by the customer. The products in question and their packaging must arrive at our premises in perfect conditions of use, otherwise the customer will lose the right to a refund.

32. Subsequent to receipt of the returned order and all documents referred to in the previous paragraph, Movenergy shall reimburse the amounts paid by the customer, within no more than 14 days, without any expenses for the client, except as provided for in points 33 and 34. >

33. Movenergy reserves the right not to accept termination of the contract if the product is not returned under the same conditions in which it was sent, in particular with no signs of having been used or damaged, in which case Movenergy will return the product to the customer without any refund of the price.

34. The cost of returning the order will be the responsibility of the customer.
